No. There is not a resort fee, per se, but Osceola County will place a 7.5% sales tax plus a 6.0% resort/tourist tax on your outstanding charges, for a total tax of 13.5%.
Guests may cancel their reservations 24 hours prior to their arrival date to avoid penalty (one-nights room & tax).
We would be delighted to welcome your canine up to 20lbs for an additional fee of $150 USD per accommodation, per pet, per stay. The charges cover thorough cleaning of the guest room and does not encompass any damages incurred to the guest room.

No. ette hotel is a smoke-free property. There will be a $500 to $1,000 recovery fee assessed per each day of non-compliance to restore the room its original smoke-free condition. Fees will be determined at the discretion of the management.

Follow I-4 W to W Osceola Pkwy. Take exit 65 from I-4 W,
Head west on W Osceola Pkwy, Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left to stay on W Osceola Pkwy, Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Sherberth Rd, Turn left into the entrance of the hotel.

From US 27, use the right lane to turn onto US 192 east to Kissimmee/Walt Disney World. Travel east on US 192 for 5.1 miles then turn left at Sherberth road. ette hotel will be on your right.

From state road 429 south, take exit 6 to US 192 east, then go 2 miles and turn left on Sherberth Road. ette hotel will be on your right. From the Orlando International Airport rental car area, take Jeff Fuqua (foo-kway) Boulevard for 2.2 miles to the FL 528 toll road. Turn west and take the FL 528 toll road for 15.2 miles to its I-4 west terminus.
