Liked · Unfortunately, due to the times we checked in/out, we missed breakfast. However, we had lunch with no intention of having dinner. But, since lunch was so tantalizing and exceptional, we decided to rush back to the hotel in the evening to have dinner. We were not disappointed. Part of our restaurant experience has included chats with the ever so humble Executive Chef Alex Mayfield. Alex, undoubtedly is behind the success of the restaurant, though he will never take the credit because he is doing what comes naturally and what he loves. It was a delight chatting with Alex. We encourage all guests to visit the restaurant and make an effort to speak with Alex for interesting facts on the carefully picked menu items!
